    Garlic is not "OPTIONAL"…IT IS SIMPLY NOT IN THE ORIGINAL RECIPE!! You keep on ruining Italian traditional dishes, on the fake pretences that you know how to cook them. I honestly think there should be some law protecting Italian traditional dishes from your own versions of them.

    How come he didn’t get flames when he hit the pan with water? In my restaurant if water hits my pan it goes up in flames? Is there too much grease in my pan? I rotate it when I cook carb so I don’t understand, maybe there’s too much grease in my traps under the pan?
