You don't need to bath the pine apple skin with soap! NUTS!

Why would you strain the fruit in the beginning? what happens if you leave it there and strain it after fermentation is completed?

Wine Brewer…I think you through away the best part of the pineapple.  You can also boil the skins of the pine apple without any fermentation…and just get the juice out of it…then store it tight lid…with sugar…and in a few days…YOU'LL HAVE AN AWESOME PINEAPPLE DRINK!

THANK YOU…I WILL TRY YOUR PINE APPLE WINE RECIPE.  GOD BLESS.

Cooking something as highly acidic as pineapple in an aluminum pot is not such a good idea. Over an extended period of time, aluminum accumulates in the brain and can give you a type of Alzheimer's.

+The Wine Brewer have you tried this wine yet? What would you rate it on a 1 to 10 scale? I am surprised you were able to get that high on %alcohol! Do you have any tasting notes / videos? If you don't you should consider making some (I just found your channel so I am going to be looking into more of your videos). I've recently started making wine again and my first funky batch was some carrot wine. Keep up the videos! Cheers.
