    This has been a good book for me to get started on wine making. It has several recipes and provides a lot of good information. I currently have a 1 gallon batch of Pineapple Wine, a 1gal of blackberry and 1gal of strawberry all in their secondary fermentation stage. All three recipes were from this book but won't be ready for sampling for at least another 3 months. I'll come back and update the review when I have them ready.     how long it takes to transfer in carboy container? where i can buy the air lock?
