I tried a grape juice made with a different type of grape and cream of tartar. It wasn't bad.

my question is what type of wine goes with what. Chillies, Bolonigse, chicken etc. Also when a recipe asks for Masala while cooking chicken or for desserts can you plse tell me is it sweet or is it dry and what type is best for which recipe. Hope you will help really not a wine drinker but def know i dont like dry.
