This was great, I've been looking for "yoga for anti-aging face" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification – (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my partner got amazing results with it.

Great idea til you hit a bump and swallow it

BE CAUTIOUS!! Doing this on a regular basis could cause your teeth to become loose (wiggly) and cause the teeth to move to a protruded position. Pressure on teeth will cause movement just like orthodontic treatment (braces).

Make sure you are applying the least amount of pressure to the cork at all times.

edit: Acupuncture and Massage Therapy work well if you’re looking for something other than a cork.

The wine cork really helps me with my tmj. It begins to relax my muscles instantly. I would sleep with it but I'm afraid I could swallow it so I don't recommend sleeping with it. To make it safe, it's best to put a tough string through it.

I've done this out of desperation, but my dentist didn't recommend it. For me it is instant relief, but only for a while.

Or you could rest your tounge on the roof of your mouth and your jaw will relax. What a quack.

Most people with TMJD can't even open their mouth half as wide as he ad to, to put a cork in there!!!
