    Hi Dan,

First I want to extend my gratitude for you amazing help, which I have come to appreciate and enjoy watching. Concerning this particular video on WINE installation, it's been many years since you produced this and there appears to be tremendous dependency issues for those using 64 bit verses 32 bit including myself. I run both Linux Ubuntu 16.04 and MINT on Virtualbox successfully. I also have one laptop dedicated to Ubuntu Linux 17.10.

I have done research including visits to the Ubuntu and WINE websites with no installation resolution. Moreover, surfing the internet only to find users with the same issues and dependency errors with answers that wind up having no good results.

I was hoping you might produce an updated video on the installation process for the revised Wine running Ubuntu 16.04, 17.10 and MINT kernel updates covering 2017/2018. The way things have gone thus far it's become quite frustrating for a lot of users I'm sure. Thank you so much. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

after in the install then password then say E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock-open (11: Resource temporary unavailable)

E: Unable to lock the administration directory (vor/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

    that's all it says….Help

Thanks, man. No one else shows HOW TO RUN it. Actually, for whatever reason, the config thing didn't do what it was supposed to. …Or the second time. …And then an error occurred and I didn't know why. …And THEN it worked and then I could run it.

I'm thinking about leaving windows for good. Linux operating systems look so simple, yet complex. I have a feeling going Linux is the right choice for me though, thanks!

Iknow, but c'mon, if something likes that becomes more capable that will probably mean a desktop will also become more capable of running stuff still outweighing the overall capabilities of tablet PC's, though they'll porbably take over the laptop market
