    Hello, I'm Russian. We do not use such products to make квас. And kvas is not a beer or wine. It is Russian bacterial made sweet water drink that is used not to get drunk but to refresh yourself. Alcohol in our kvas is about 1% like in kefir. And there must be no fruits, no vegetables of course. There are only dark bread, suger and rasin. We do it in one or two days and keep it cook in the freezer not to give it get more alcohol! I guess the drink that you make I'd a kind of Italian view of kvas. 😉

    Borodinskiy bread is beter for kvas.

    Are your fermenters diy from store bought water bottles? Would love to see you do a video on that. I am starting my home brew journey so now gathering equipment. Love the videos I've watched so far.

    Im russian and i have never heard or seen the kvas you made, but i stil llove your video! Kvas is a non acloholic (1.2%<) fermented bewerege, but one you made turned out looking awesome, and i will sure try it myself
