    is it ok if i don't use a cup of wine for fermentation, i just use yeast? and if i crush grapes with juicer machine?

    nice method without age the grape peel i have make rose wine with champagne method blending red wine with white wine my wine colour like a light salmon

    You did everything correct except you should have added 1 Tsp of Champagne Yeast in with the sugar, then seal the bottle and lay the on a rack upside down at a 45 degree angle, every day you go out a turn each bottle 1 quarter turn, as it carbonates the dead yeast and lees down down to the throat of the bottle. It takes about 12 months, then you freeze the necks, pop the cork to blow out all the dead yeast and immediately put your finger over the opening and re cork it ! Now its REALLY Carbonated! Enjoy Paison !

    Interesting and thank you for your explanatory video, but please try and match your audio. Beginning has very loud music, followed by a muted voice, last 2 minutes or so were barely audible.
