Hi again! Have you tried making wine from sugarcane juice? I would love to make it. I made wine from litchee juice but it turned out horribly sweet. I want to try sugarcane juice wine. If you can upload a video for sugarcane juice wine.

In central China and Japan, people also make rice wine. We add a lot of jasmine flour cured in honey. We collect fresh jasmine and add them in honey for months until they are totally mixed. Then, mixing with the rice wine before fermentation (or after fermentation, I am not sure). It gives you a fantastic taste.

Is there still a presence of yeast in the residue in the fermentator?..maybe it can be used for the other procedure?..

I just started a batch of Sake 2 days ago by boiling 4 cups of white rice in water with 3 cups of sugar (1 gallon of water). I did not do anything to the rice like wash it etc steam it etc soak it. Will this be safe to drink?
